Advice without time pressure
We take our time: you can try pieces on, compare them and ask questions without having to buy anything. We advise in German, Turkish and English. If you are travelling from further away, let us know in advance and we will have suitable pieces ready.
Bespoke work step by step
It starts with a conversation about your idea, the material and the budget. Then comes the design and agreement, then the making in the workshop. We can work existing gold into the piece. Allow four to six weeks, a little more in wedding season – plan for that with wedding rings.
Repairs, resizing and care
Making rings larger or smaller, soldering chains, renewing clasps and earring posts, resetting loose stones, rhodium-plating white gold, restringing pearls: we look at the piece with you and quote a binding price in advance. Costs and turnaround are under repairs and costs.
Buying, valuation and reworking
We test gold non-destructively, weigh it in front of you and buy at current daily conditions. Often reworking is the nicer solution than selling – old pieces become something wearable again. Both come from one house, see gold buying.
